Why Share Jesus?
Verses >
Here are three examples from scripture: A woman who invited, His commandment to do it, and a reminder for us when we feel the fear >
Just then his disciples returned and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked, “What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with her?”
Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people, “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?” They came out of the town and made their way toward him.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.
You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
How to Share Jesus
Share Jesus Goals
Question: Who have you shared life and faith with, and now could be ready for an invitation? What are your big fears about sharing Jesus in this relationship?
Pray: Ask the Holy Spirit who God is highlighting to you, and to give you confidence, inspiration and wisdom for the invitation.
